Angharad Davies (MFA, Tisch School of the Arts) is an award-winning dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She has performed with numerous directors and companies, including Gibney Dance (NYC), Hanna Hegenscheidt (Berlin), Megan Mayer (MPLS), Mariano Pensotti (Buenos Aires/Berlin), Andrea Schlehwein’s Netzwerk AKS (Austria), and Chris Yon (MPLS). Her choreographic work has been presented throughout the U.S. and Germany, most recently by the SCUBA National Touring Network (MPLS) at Patrick's Cabaret; upcoming performances include her Sage Award-nominated piece, Security, to be presented in late June by SCUBA at ODC in San Francisco. Angharad has written about dance for The Dance Insider, and has taught at several universities and arts institutions, including Yale, Princeton, Berlin’s Staatlicheballettschule, and Sasha Waltz & Guests.
